challenges your courage and self-discipline, but instills
a keen awareness of the body and an ability to be fully present
and connected in the moment.
Integrated
with Hatha yoga stretching, tai chi, and deep breathing exercises,
our style of gymnastics balances a demanding and challenging
workout with a rejuvenating and restorative stretch to prevent
injury - all in a safe and protected environment. A balance
of yin and yang.
One
specific pose every student will work toward is the Adho Mukha
Vrksasana pose, which literally translates into 'downward
facing tree pose,' more commonly known as the handstand. We
like to think of it as the pose of ultimate strength and balance.
When
done properly, you will increase blood circulation as well
as strength and flexibility in your entire body, focused mostly
within the torso, and achieve a feeling of empowerment and
accomplishment.

Personal Training
Develop an individualized program to fit your personal
goals, with the option of specializing in resistance,
plyometric, or sport-specific training.
We'll use your
Target Heart Rate to design your routine, enabling you
to burn the most amount of fat within the least amount
of time. Training also includes nutritional guidance
to assist you in maintaining your focus and getting
the results you desire.
